The chef specialises in fresh and seasonal products in addition to the house specialities.

Whether it is fish or shellfish, meat or cheese dishes, you will find something for both a small or a large appetite.

If you are returning from a walk, regardless of the time of day, you will be able to order a cold plate or a fondue.

Those who like fish and shellfish will find on the menu whatever they please, whether it is from the lake or the sea.

If you prefer meat you can enjoy various pieces cooked on the grill, or you can choose ham on the bone or sweetbreads with morels (morilles).

And for special sauces made by the chef - whatever you wish, do not resist it!

Children have their own menu, and afficionados of pizza will be able to taste them on the spot or to take them away thanks to our excellent pizza oven.

And to enjoy the end of your meal, the chef offers you a wide choice of desserts. Try them!

Every weekday at midday we offer a menu of the day with starter, main course and dessert. This is cooked with the same care as the dishes on our regular menu, and is priced at 18 Fr. Normally on  Fridays the menu of the day at Les Cytises is green salad, filets de perches with lemon, accompanied by chips (french fries), and the dessert of the day - for 19 Fr.
